ACEC/Michigan's Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) is for individuals committed to developing their leadership abilities. This program imparts specific skills and competencies identified by top ACEC/Michigan principals as critical for leadership success. These highly interactive sessions are taught by experts in the field of business administration and people management in professional services firms. This program is designed for and will be most beneficial to those participants with approximately 8-15 years of industry experience.
We can only accommodate 25 participants for this prestigious program, and we only allow 1 participant per firm. We expect the spots will fill very quickly. Registration priority is given to firms that have not participated and then on a first-come first-served basis.
Registration Priority:
- Firm has never participated in program.
- Length of time since firm last participated.
- First-come first-served (with priority to waiting list).
Tuition is $1,850 and includes all sessions, meeting materials and meals, and 26.5 CEUs. Tuition does not include lodging or travel expenses.
If you are interested in a spot in the 2025 class, submit your application form by Tuesday, June 24. We will let you know on July 1st whether your firm has a spot in the program.
